Case Study #1 · Royal Vivah Pavilion

16-Pillar Carved Shish Mahal Mandap

Executed on the expansive lawns of Pakur Town Club, this flagship setup featured a 20ft × 20ft structural steel superstructure clad in hand-carved Rajasthani Jharokha lattices and convex mirror mosaic panels (Thikri art). To preserve sacred ritual sanctity, we maintained an unobstructed 48-inch havan smoke convection buffer, ensuring sacred mantras and pheras proceeded without thermal distress or eye irritation.

Key Engineering Metric: 450 kg/m² rated steel box-pipe decking with zero mid-span deflection under 25-person family gatherings.
Case Study #2 · Botanical Architecture

Suspended Gypsophila & Dutch Rose Floral Clouds

Designed for a luxury indoor reception in Dumka, this installation suspended 3,200 fresh Dutch roses and 450 clusters of baby's breath (Gypsophila paniculata) across an aerial aluminum box-truss grid. Each stem underwent 24-hour pre-conditioning with citric acid buffered to pH 3.5 and pinolene anti-transpirant vapor sealing, sustaining 100% cellular turgidity throughout the 36-hour celebration window.

Key Botanical Metric: Stem density calibrated at 55 stems/sq ft with cold-chain transit maintained at 8°C–12°C from Kolkata wholesale auctions.

DMX-Synchronized Varmala Cold Sparks & Dry-Ice Fog

Staged for a high-profile destination wedding in Deoghar, six Sparkular cold fireworks machines were digitally synchronized to the couple's entrance soundtrack via DMX512 controllers. Operating titanium-zirconium composite granules that discharge below 62°C, the fountains produced zero smoke, sulfur, or fire hazards, while sub-zero dry-ice fog clung within 18 inches of the runway floor.

Key Safety Metric: 100% ballroom smoke detector safe; zero scorching hazard for delicate silk lehengas and sherwanis.
